Downlink Power Allocation for CR-NOMA-Based Femtocell D2D Using Greedy Asynchronous Distributed Interference Avoidance Algorithm

This paper focuses on downlink power allocation for a cognitive radio-based non-orthogonal multiple access (CR-NOMA) system in femtocell environment involving device-to-device (D2D) communication. The proposed scheme employs the greedy asynchronous distributed interference avoidance (GADIA) algorithm. research aims to optimize transmission, considering unique characteristics of CR-NOMA-based D2D system. GADIA algorithm is utilized mitigate and effectively across network. uses fairness index present novel fairness-constrained (NOMA) Through extensive simulations, maximum rate under (MRF) shown performance while maintaining among users effectively. demonstrated be adaptable various user counts, offering specified range with excellent responsiveness. implementation exhibits promising results sub-optimal frequency band distribution within Mathematical models evaluated MATLAB further confirm superiority CR-NOMA over optimum NOMA (OPA) fixed (FPA) techniques.
